Iced Green Tea

Recently I read that 2-3 cups of green tea everyday can help with weight loss. Since I've got some pregnancy weight to shed, I decided to give it a try. The only problem is that I'm not a huge fan of green tea. So I began to play around with some different ideas to make it more enjoyable.

Basically I brewed a cup of green tea, let it cool, poured it over ice, and then added some fruit! It was delicious!

SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSCIf you stick it in the fridge with all the fruit and such and really let it soak, the flavor gets even better! But if you want that tea right away that works too.
