Wildflower Baby Shower

Last weekend my grandmother and one of my aunts threw me a little baby shower. It was just the lovely ladies in my family and we celebrated at Wildflower, which is one of my favorite restaurants here in Tucson. Their wine selection is amazing! Obviously that didn't matter too much while I was there for the baby shower but I did enjoy some amazing food and dessert. We got there pretty early in the evening and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. My sweet family gave Aria some wonderful presents. My mind was seriously blown each time I unwrapped a pink outfit. Sometimes it's still hard to wrap my mind around the fact that I'm having a little girl!

It was a really wonderful evening and I had such a great time celebrating the impending birth of Aria Starbuck. Here are some of my favorite pictures from our little shower...

I had this amazing cream of mushroom soup with kale and chorizo! It was so hard to choose what to eat but I decided to take a chance and go with the chef special. It was a very good life choice.

My spinach, bacon, blue cheese and grilled chicken salad. I could probably eat this everyday.

This ^^^ was an amazing pumpkin spice cream with candied pecans and roasted marshmallow. So so delicious. Another chef special that I did not regret one bit.

There are still a few non maternity things I can wear, like this dress from Caralase.

Last night I was washing all her new blankets and clothes from the shower and I couldn't believe that we will be meeting her in just a few short weeks! A big thanks to my Grandma Sylvia and Aunt Laurie for such a wonderful baby shower!
